I’ve always believed being a great DJ isn’t just about what happens behind the turntables.

It’s about reading a room, understanding people, knowing when to push the energy, and creating a night that actually feels like the people you’re celebrating.

That’s why being named one of Loverly’s Best International Wedding Innovators for 2026–27 is something I’m incredibly proud of. What makes it even more special is that I was the only DJ / entertainment company in Canada to be recognized.

And when I look back at the past year, it’s been quite a ride.

Music has taken me from Toronto to Lisbon, Rome and New York, along with incredible celebrations throughout Ontario in Prince Edward County, Muskoka and Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Different cities. Different venues. Different crowds.

And that’s exactly what I love about this job.

No two weddings should ever sound the same because no two couples are the same. I don’t believe in showing up with a pre-set playlist. I want to know what you actually listen to, what your friends will lose their minds to, and what brings back a memory.

Then I build the night around you.

To me, that’s what innovation is really about. It’s not always the newest technology or biggest production. Sometimes it’s simply refusing to do things the way they’ve always been done.

As incredible as it is to perform around the world, Toronto will always be home. It’s where I fell in love with music, learned to read a dance floor and built a career I’m incredibly grateful for.

To every couple, planner, venue and creative partner who has trusted me along the way — thank you.

It’s been an incredible year.
