She shares how Forma, launched five to six months ago, emerged from photographers requesting agency-style representation, and how she now matches photographers/videographers to planners and couples by factoring in budget, availability, and personality dynamics. They discuss the value of in-person conferences and relationship-building, the benefits of a specialized virtual team versus a single assistant, common operational pain points like broken systems and inbox/file chaos, and cautious, selective use of automation and AI while emphasizing personalization and human connection as “the future of luxury.”
